With fewer runners, a hillier course, but better post-race food, the
Terry Fox 5K and 10K also took place Sunday. Interestingly, all TCLA
runners placed in their age groups. Jane Lieberman finished first in
her division and fourth among women with a 20:24; Julie Kriger was
third in her division with a 25:26; and Wenise Wong took third
in her division in the 10K with a 45:57. Also participating in
the 10K, the fabulous Kristin Fabos (a friend of Wenise) finished
in 58:12. The lone TCLA male won his division in the 5K with a 17:22.
