Workout for Tuesday, May 13th

N.B.: Before and after tonight's workout, Karen Cryer of PUSH Therapy (www.pushtherapy.com) will be working on you needy TCLA'ers. Look for her at the south end of the field near the pole vault runway. Try it beforehand to see if you feel looser in the workout; try it after to help recover.

Beginners' group: 6-8 x 400m seconds at 5K pace. First-timers should do no more than six.

Regular group: 3 x 1600m at slightly faster than 5K pace with 400m recovery.
