We encourage anyone interested in Track Club LA to come out to our Tuesday night workouts at the Santa Monica College track (just west of 16th Street and south of Pico Boulevard). Try and show up a bit after 6:00 p.m. so you can warm up first. The regular workouts usually consist of approximately three miles of hard intervals. There is a separate workout for beginners and newcomers -- make sure to introduce yourself to our coach, Eric Barron, if you're new! When you get a chance, you can fill out and turn in our membership form.
Whether it be for competitive, recreational, or social reasons, most people tremendously enjoy doing a group track workout once a week. Feel free to come to a few workouts to see if you're one of them!
